How is the registration procedure for IC2B on the website?

Does IC2B accept review papers or does it have to be original research?
IC2B accepts review papers and original papers
What is the difference between participant and presenter?
Participants are who take part in the IC2B conference without oral or poster presentations. While the presenter do oral or posters presentation.
What documents are needed for oral and poster presentations?
For poster presentations, in initial registration is need an abstract only. If it has passed, the participant must send a video (1 page power point/ PDF Poster with audio or sound recording and a duration of 1 – 2 Minutes. The document must be sent to ic2b@bbrc.itb.ac.id before 6th October 2021.
for oral presentation participants have to submit abstracts at the beginning of registration and prepare materials for presentations that are not required to be submitted unless unable to attend on the H day, they are required to submit video recordings of the presentation.
The presenter have to collect the abstract along with the full paper or only the abstract?
For oral presentations or posters, only collect abstracts. If the abstract passes, the poster participant must send a video (1 page power point/ PDF Poster with audio or sound recording and a duration of 1 – 2 minutes. The document must be sent to ic2b@bbrc.itb.ac.id before 06 October 2021.
Full paper only submitted if particpant want to publish in optional journal that avalilabe on website.
Will IC2B publish Proceedings?
IC2B will not publish proceedings but will only publish a collection of abstracts.
If there is a proceeding, when will it be published?
IC2B Will not publish proceedings. The collection of abstracts will be processed during the conference activities and after implementation.
Does the presenter registration fee include paper publication fees?
No. Conference registration fees differ from publication fees in selected journals.
Is there an additional fee for publication in the journal?
Yes. There will be a fee for publication according to the journal of choice so the fee is different for each journal.
Is there an abstract and full paper writing format?

Will the paper that is not selected in the target journal have an alternative journal publication?
IC2B is trying to provide alternative international journals that are not indexed by Scopus as an option for journals that are not selected.
Is there an extension date for abstract and full paper submissions?
Yes. Extension of abstract and full paper submission from 30 June to 14 July 2021.
How we do the payment?
Payment is made after the announcement of the completion of the abstract/full paper to the email of each participant. We provide also information about payment on web https://ic2b.bbrc.itb.ac.id/payment/
What is the difference between early bird and non-early bird?
for early bird (EB) is registration and early payment after the announcement of the passing of the abstract or full paper, which is until August 30, 2021. Payments after that date are in the non-early bird (NEB) category.
What is the IC2B payment mechanism?

How is the technical review of the journal?
The committee will appoint reviewers according to the field of expertise and the theme of the journal. 2 reviewers will review the same journal.
Do participants who participate in IC2B consist of more than 1 country?
Yes. Until now, the participants came from Indonesia, Malaysia, and Japan.
